The Shiseido hair treatment series works pretty well for me, if your hair has been dyed/re-dyed and chemically treated til it is dry and almost lifeless like mine, this will be the perfect treatment for you. If you have not chemically treated your hair, then I would not recommend this for you as it may make your hair oily, but it would be just nice for those whose hair has been damaged from too much heat or chemical treatment to it. It makes hair smooth and a tad shiny after each use. However due to this benefit the hair appears flatter too. although i did not rebond my hair, somehow the effect of this treatment makes it smooth to the point that my hair looks flatter than usual - like the rebonded effect kind of flatness at the top. this is the only drawback for me. To counter this, you ma use htis treatment every 3-4 days once instead of daily.
The AT professional hair treatment mask is best used with the presence of heat. This can ne done in the gym for those who go the the gym which has sauna or steam room facilities or you can just wet a towel and microwave it for 3-6 minutes and wrap it around your hair. if the heat wears off within 5 mins, reheat it again and wrap it again around your hair for optimal results, place it for 15-20 minutes on your hair. This treatment saves you lots of moolah from trips to the salon by doing it yourself at home.
