Use instructions: To use, firmly pull the two ends together at the waist and begin fastening from the bottom to the top. Note: the cotton is supposed to be in touch with your skin, not the rubber. Also, the correct orientation of the product is with the hook and eyes in the front of your body. Important: Due to Squeem’s signature compression, begin wearing our products gradually, in particular, if you have never worn shapewear before. Wear it for one hour the first day, two hours the second day, etc. When you get used to it, you won’t take it out.



How to Wash: For optimal product care, we recommend hand-washing with the Squeem Delicate Wash, which is a special soap that was developed to help keep your Squeem garment fresh and new. For information on where to find the Delicate Wash, contact 1.866.677.8336.

MY PERSONAL REVIEW:
I love this stuff! at first i thought it goes only with pink but somehow it matches perfectly with black fitting tops and also white/pastel colors. I prefer to wear the hooks behind, hence this requires someone to help me.
Wearing the hooks in front is ok too but in my opinion it is more visually appealing when placed behind. It is pretty tight when one puts it on for the first time so it requires abit of pulling befor eyou can get the hooks on. the slimming effect is as powerful as the Perfect Waist Cincher by Squeem.
